Ora-0131: insufficient privileges during expdp

Problem During a full export using expdp, one table in one schema gives permissions errors:

 ORA-31693: Table data object "TOEPRO"."PROJECT" failed to load/unload and is being skipped due to error:
 ORA-01031: insufficient privileges

Research Not many people seem to have the same problem and I suspect it is because most people would use the system user to expdp their databases. There was one result that seemed to match here

Solution Connect to affected database as sys and:

 grant FLASHBACK ANY TABLE to impexpusr;
